M3 Knife
The M3 knife was developed in 1943 and hundreds of thousands were produced during World War II. The knife was associated with elite forces such as the 101st Airborne who wore it strapped to the lower leg.
This is a high-quality reproduction dagger, with blued finished high-carbon steel blade (blade is double-edged and sharp). The M3 Knife, also called the M-3 Trench Knife had a 6.75" spear point blade with sharpened 3.5" false edge, a handle made of compressed, stacked leather washers with 8 grooves, and a steel cross guard and pommel. Comes with a reproduction top-grain leather sheath. Has slots for use on belts up to 2" wide and includes a leather leg tie-down thong.
