Naval 1860 CPO Cutlass

This special Presentation Model 1860 Naval CPO Cutlass was manufactured according to recent U S Government Department of Defense specifications. This beautiful CPO Cutlass replicates the original design of the 1860/1861 model with many modern enhancements.

The Presentation Model Naval CPO Cutlass has a highly polished stainless steel blade. The blade is beautifully etched, near the leather stop, with "U.S.N." The mirror like solid brass basket hand-guard is plated in 24K Gold and the shell is riveted to the guard with the traditional 11 rivets. The guard has the traditional “French Curve” that allows the wearer to execute the Manual of Arms.. The genuine leather wrapped grip features strands of twisted 24K Gold wire. The end cap and scabbard furniture are cast brass which has been plated with 24K Gold. This Presentation Model Naval CPO Cutlass comes with a quality genuine leather frog. The Frog is made especially for this Presentation CPO Cutlass and allows the Cutlass to be worn with a standard Garrison Belt. . A fitted protective cloth bag is included.
